Cancellations
We ask that you reserve your stay with one quarter your cost. Full refunds of your deposit will be issued if requested one week or more in advance of confirmed reservations. Within a week, please contact us right away and we will work with you to cancel or reschedule. During peak season (June – Sept), we may retain 50% of your deposit if we have had to turn away other interested vacationers.
