About 459 Deering Ave

Centrally located at the corner of Deering Avenue and Ashmont Street in Portland Maine’s historic Woodford’s Corner is our 2-bedroom, 1.5-bath condo in an original New Englander. The original 1900s home is now 3 condos, each with its own entrances, porch, and gardens. Our condo features personal touches and is stylishly furnished with attention to detail. The first floor hosts a living room, dining room and newly-remodeled kitchen, all with 10-foot ceilings. The upstairs includes a front king bedroom, full bath, office with a convertible sofa, and a second queen bedroom. The basement level includes a laundry room that's also a half bath. The home also includes two off-street parking spaces to the left of the house.

Woodford’s Corner is a short walk to Portland’s Back Cove and a 5-minute drive the iconic waterfront, Old Port, parks, and the many neighborhoods on Portland’s peninsula. It is just steps away from USM/Maine Law, Bird & Co., Rose Foods, Big Sky Bakery, and other WC gems, with the historic charm of a quiet neighborhood and convenient proximity to city center.
